With pandemic one of my clients had to go online with her business.
So she decided to run a mindfulness retreat online.
She was so excited.
She told me everybody needs mindfulness now.
My client never did anything online.
So she targeted everybody who speaks english on Facebook.
And that resulted in 0 results.
After we identified her ideal client a women living in a city
A busy women who does lots of personal development.
People in a country side are more relaxed.
We crafted the right message and that resulted in 12 attendees.
That is a small win, but when you are starting online you should look at examples like that.
Don’t chase 10k if you haven’t sold anything online yet.
Another example is bigger:
A Yoga teacher made 5k in online weekend workshop.
But she had an e-mail list that she was doing for years.
The key takeaway is start building an e-mail list.
So your once of clients can become your repetitive clients.

Join Facebook Groups.
Don’t sell anything as you will probably be kicked out.
But watch and observe.
What conversations are going on in there.
